Daniel Rojas

Senior Project Manager

On the development team, Daniel helps oversee projects from conception through tenant lease-up and beyond. He works closely with design, construction, and supportive services teams to ensure future residents love their new homes, organizes funding applications and manages lender teams to finance the building, and engages with local stakeholders to ensure the building and its residents can successfully assimilate into their new neighborhood. Daniel comes to Holos with 6 years of experience in affordable housing development. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing tennis, fishing, and watching baseball. He’s a fluent Spanish speaker and loves going to Mexico as often as he can.
