Opening our doors in 2016, Holos Communities (then known as Clifford Beers Housing) acquired a former veterinarian’s office to convert into an office space for our staff. One of the goals for the Holos Communities office is to serve as an example of some of the innovations we have or plan to have at our properties, such as a solar panel and battery system that provides 76% of our office’s electricity needs and is 87% self-sufficient.
The Holos Communities office also serves as a testing ground for sustainability concepts we hope to implement at our properties in the future. For example, the office is currently a test site for water innovations such as an atmospheric water generator that creates potable water for use at the office, and conservation features to reduce water usage.

The Holos office is located 1.6 miles away from the North Hollywood Red Line station, and is near the 152 and 224 bus lines serving the North Hollywood area. Several restaurants are located within walking distance from the site.
Planned improvements include bicycle infrastructure and additional charging ports for electric vehicles.
