Laurel Grove is Holos Communities’ second Homekey development, repurposing the site of a former Motel 6 to create 97 units of permanent supportive housing. Laurel Grove uplifts sustainability, livability, and longevity by including features such as living lung to block air and noise pollution from the adjacent 605 Freeway, a pocket park for tenants and community members, and a greywater system to provide irrigation to the living lung, pocket park and other landscaping on the site.
