CBH receives $125,000 grant to house Angelenos

Clifford Beers Housing is excited to have received a grant of $125,000 from the California Community Foundation to increase the number of affordable, supportive homes that we provide. This grant is part of LA County's Home For Good collaborative to end homelessness in the county.

The California Community Foundation leads positive systemic change to strengthen Los Angeles communities. It has served as a public, charitable organization since 1915, empowering donors to pursue their own personal passions and to collaborate in transforming Los Angeles. For more information, please visit www.calfund.org.

Home For Good is an action plan to end chronic and veteran homelessness in LA County. The plan was launched in 2010 by the Business Leader’s Task Force on Homelessness, a partnership of United Way of Greater Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Home For Good is now a community of over 200 partners. See homeforgoodla.org.
