Development news! Summer 2018
• Vistas del Puerto in Long Beach has received an award of 9% low-income housing tax credits! Vistas will provide homes for 47 low-income families, with 50% for households with special needs. Construction financing for Vistas will close by December 2018.
• Clifford Beers Housing is making finishing touches to the King 1101 Apartments in South Los Angeles, and we expect to complete construction in July! We are currently installing electric lines, scheduling final inspections, and ordering furniture. See the pictures above for a first look.
• Holt Family Apartments has received a LEED Gold rating, awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council. Holt's buildings include the first multifamily graywater recycling system in the city of Pomona, energy-efficient appliances, and drought-tolerant planting to meet the rigorous environmental standards.
• Metamorphosis on Foothill in Sylmar received an award of $750,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program! Metamorphosis is expected to close construction financing by the end of 2018.
