CBH Selected by City to Build in Harvard Heights

CBH innovates faster and less expensive housing without tax credits

CBH is thrilled that we have recently entered into an exclusive negotiation agreement with the City of LA to develop permanent supportive housing at 1808 S. Saint Andrews Place! This is CBH’s first such apartment community that will not use tax credits. Please check out the Urbanize LA article here. We expect to use State, County, and private financing to achieve a much lower development cost than average. This project has received seed funding from the Home for Good Funders Collaborative and the United Way of Greater Los Angeles. CIT Bank provided grant funding to staff our new innovations department, which is kickstarting exploration into faster and less expensive ways to develop homeless housing. The St. Andrews site is in Harvard Heights near Koreatown and Mid City.
