NoHo Senior Villas is a fully ADA-accessible senior permanent supportive housing community in North Hollywood that includes 48 one-bedroom apartments and one manager’s apartment, and has four units for those with mobility, vision, or hearing impairments. Eighteen apartments are set aside for permanent supportive housing and are supported by a California Mental Health Services Act operating subsidy. PATH Ventures coordinates on-site and off-site supportive services, and San Fernando Community Mental Health Center provides mental health services.
NoHo Senior Villas is a five-story building designed and built to meet Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum building standards. The roof features a landscape deck, patio furniture, community edible garden, and a laundry room overlooking the curated outdoor space. The ground floor courtyard offers a shade tree, patio furniture and a fountain. The ground floor also features a conference room and a community room furnished with a public kitchen, two computer stations, and a TV lounge.

The site is in close walking distance to the Metro Red Line subway and Metro Orange Line bus way at the North Hollywood Metro Center, and a variety of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. North Hollywood Park and Recreation Center are both located a 10-minute walk from the site and offer several walking trails and activities. Nearby grocery stores include Ralphs and Amazon Fresh. Since NoHo’s completion in 2012 the neighborhood has seen substantial growth.
