With every community we develop, we house people and families, create jobs, increase our climate resiliency and save taxpayer dollars.
Innovation
The housing crisis is critically linked to efforts to mitigate the impacts of global warming and decades of systemic racial inequity. For too long we have attempted to resolve these issues through disparate strategies and mutually exclusive solutions when they require a holistic approach to development.
Communities
In our 15-year history we have built an award-winning portfolio of a dozen properties with over 500 apartment units currently in operation. We have a robust pipeline of new developments that will add an additional 450 units in communities across Los Angeles County in the coming years.
