Metamorphosis on Foothill provides 47 apartments to families and formerly unhoused individuals, with 24 apartments set aside as permanent supportive housing. All 47 apartments are fully furnished and subsidized with Section 8 project-based vouchers from the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Apartment amenities include a full kitchen, bathroom, heating, air conditioning and furnishings. Meta offers on-site supportive services and case management for its tenants, and the apartment complex features resident parking, secured entry, supportive service and management offices, and bike storage.

Meta features drought-resistant planting, a park with ADA-compliant walking paths, and a community garden for residents. Additional sustainability features include a small orchard and a bioswale*. Additionally, noise and air pollution are further mitigated through high air filtration systems and more acoustically-sound walls to alleviate the effects of its proximity to the freeway.   Twenty-four of these apartments are labeled as permanent supportive housing, and 10 are for formerly homeless military veterans thanks to the Home Depot Foundation.

Tenants have access to transit within a quarter mile on Foothill Boulevard. Grocery stores include Vons, and nearby pharmacies within a mile include Sun Valley Health Center and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Nearby schools include Gridley Street Elementary and Sylmar Charter High School.
