July updates and thank yous
Our King 1101 development received a successful 9% tax credit award in June! With this funding, construction on King 1101 will begin in December. The architect for King 1101 is Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects, and the general contractor is G.B. Construction. The new building will feature an innovative greywater system that reduces water use.

CBH would like to thank Enterprise Community Partners for their grant of $35,000 to support our asset management team. Enterprise's goal is to provide opportunity to 1 million families by 2020 through quality affordable housing and connections to good schools, jobs, transit and health care.
Holt construction progress: grading and utilities at our Holt Family Apartments are now completed. Dreyfuss Construction has begun installing a greywater irrigation system, the first of its kind in the City of Pomona – click for the latest photos.
