Immanuel Place grand opening in the news

City of Long Beach welcomes more affordable housing

"This project supports our goal of neighborhood revitalization and is a terrific addition to Bluff Heights," said Long Beach Second District Councilmember Jeannine Pearce during the grand opening for Immanuel Place. Clifford Beers Housing and Thomas Safran & Associates showed off the beautiful building at the grand opening held on September 29. Immanuel Place is an adaptive reuse of a historic church in Long Beach, providing 25 apartments for low-income seniors. The development notably preserves the one-of-a-kind organ in the former church sanctuary, which has been converted into a common area for residents to enjoy. Click here for news coverage
