Holos Communities Executive Director & CEO Cristian Ahumada was joined by Mayor Karen Bass, Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson and Chairman, CEO and President of the Annenberg Foundation Wallis Annenberg, for the grand opening of Isla Intersections, Holos Communities’ flagship site on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Holos Communities partnered with Target on December 5th to bring to life the Holiday Pop-Up Shop at Avenida! This partnership brought Holos and Target together to create a shopping experience for tenants, where they received home goods and festive gifts for free to celebrate their first holiday season at Avenida.

Holos Communities was excited to share our office space and Living Lab on Thursday, October 19th with friends, colleagues and family for our Backyard BBQ!

Holos Communities convened a diverse and talented group of housing specialists, corporate partners, entertainment and media professionals, community members, and more to discuss for the theater debut and discussion of the Theory of Change series at the Alamo Drafthouse LA on August 3rd.

Holos Communities was joined by public officials and community members to celebrate the Grand Opening of Avenida, our first Project Homekey site, on July 20th.

Last month Holos Communities held our first DEI summit at Pepperdine University on May 22nd, spending the day reviewing core principles around diversity, equity and inclusion and strategizing organizational goals for the organization.

Holos Communities hosted a community forum to talk about Denali, our first high-rise project and our 5th in Long Beach.

Holos Communities hosted elected officials and Whittier community members at our second Project Homekey site, Laurel Grove, on April 6th.

Holos Communities showed elected officials and government workers our newest Project Homekey site, Avenida, on September 8th.
