Holos Communities hosted the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Southern California chapter for a tour of the Isla Intersections project last month, to explore the Living Lung throughout the project, and the Annenberg Paseo, which is the first shared street built in the City of Los Angeles.

The Holos Communities team took part in a couple of experiences with the community last week to share insights about our work with students in North Hollywood, and connect with residents and neighbors in Mid-City.

Holos Communities welcomed US Rep. Tony Cardenas to NoHo Senior Villas for the second time to talk about how solutions to the housing crisis intersect with sustainability, mental health, equity and more.

We were honored to give Congresswoman and Los Angeles mayoral candidate Karen Bass (CA-37) and City Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson (District 8) a tour of the Isla Intersections construction site on May 9.

NoHo Senior Villas residents were excited to welcome Representative Tony Cardenas (D-San Fernando Valley) on August 1st. Cardenas spoke with tenants to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Medicare.
