The Space
These commercial spaces are available for lease as part of Holos Communities’ Small Business Resiliency Program which includes discounted rental rates and a tenant improvement loan for the business that moves into the space. Owner is open to any and all types of occupants and particularly looking for women and/or Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) owned-businesses to apply or other community serving businesses.
The front space at Vistas del Puerto (3,200 sq. ft.) can be leased as one large space or separated into two separate commercial spaces (larger space 1,890 sq. ft., smaller space 1,330 sq. ft.). If divided, each side would have a restroom and storage space. Large windows and doors at the front of the space let in great amounts of natural light. A tenant improvement loan from a local CDFI is available, if needed, to make physical changes to the space that are necessary for the business.
The back space (940 sq. ft.) also contains a restroom, but no separate storage space. Envisioned as a gathering space for local bicyclists and community members, the space was designed with the City’s plan in mind to activate Palmer Court.
