Named after the street where the site is located, Holt Family Apartments offers 50 units, 25 of which are set aside for permanent supportive housing.  Holt has ample courtyards, a public playground and basketball court for the neighborhood, community gardens, an indoor community room with a kitchen and lounge for residents, a computer room, and staff offices.

Holt is a full wood-construction building that minimizes its use of concrete to strictly walk and driveways. For this, and other upgrades, the development has achieved a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold rating. The site features the first multifamily greywater recycling* system in the City of Pomona. Additionally, Holt received a grant from the Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing Program to install 50 solar panels on the building’s roofs.
